After her very personal and life changing experience in the family law court system, Ms. Fuller was called to help others navigate this stressful and potentially devastating time of their lives.

Graduating at the top half of her class in 2013 during her own contentious custody battle and divorce, the true start of her education in family law was a concrete and real first hand experience.

After several years of devastating and costly litigation, to include losing custody of her son, her home, her assets, and even some friends and family; by the grace of God and the Universe (and some wonderful attorneys, friends, and family), the 5th D.C.A. Appeals intervened, and she eventually regained custody of her very young son.

More than a decade later, as a licensed attorney, Rachael shares her insight and compassion as a former litigant in a highly contested divorce and custody matter.

Prior to her experience in family law, Attorney Fuller, owned and operated several real estate companies as broker for over two decades.

Attorney Fuller places an emphasis on her role as counselor and has been helping litigants for over a decade both personally and professionally.
