The Family Law Firm and Rachael R. Fuller, Esq. make it a policy not to engage in any sales type of consultation and will provide you with an upfront, honest, and concrete legal analysis of your case. 

The consultation takes approximately 2- 3 hours and no time will be wasted during your consultation on extensive fact gathering as all documentation will be reviewed prior to your appointment. 

Any questions that the attorney cannot answer for you, (which can be answered) will be followed-up at no extra expense concluding the consultation. Consultations can be utilized as a stand alone service if you are only interested in advice. 

A la carte consultations are highly recommended if you are unable to afford full legal representation. 

If opposing party or your spouse reaches out to us at any time,  they will promptly be informed that we cannot assist them. 

The consultation is always 100% confidential whether or not you decide to allow me to assist you in your case.

After your consultation is scheduled, you will receive a packet to be filled out along with instructions on how to provide your documentation. 

After we receive your information we will follow up with any questions prior to your consultation and will conduct an initial analysis of your case.  

The following items should be gathered and provided at least two days prior to your consultation: 

• Your Financial Affidavit

• Bank statements for both spouses for the past 5 years.

• Tax information including tax returns, W2s, 1099s, and documentation of income of you and your spouse for the past 5 years.

• IRA, 401-K or other retirement and/or pension plan statements for you and your spouse.

• Copies of evidence that supports or refutes your claims or position (evidence can be witness information, photos, text messages etc.)

• Marital home documentation such as mortgage statements, appraisals, etc.

• Any pleadings and orders that have been filed in the current case if applicable, or in any related case.
